Golden Mix - Senior - Male
Oscar is an old and quiet soul. He is not going to win any beauty pageants, but I think he’s beautiful. He has a unique build, some fatty little pockets and growths, but his sweet heart and eyes makes you soon forget about his funny little body. He’ll need some TLC to get his coat back to beautiful, but that shouldn’t be too hard. He’s a gentle old man that enjoyed being near someone to pet his sweet little face.
Jagger is the most loving goofball ever. He is about 1 year and 55 pounds and wants to be with his human all the time. He follows you everywhere and would like to get in your lap. He is dog and child friendly. He has Wobbler Syndrome which makes him a little uneasy on his feet (with stairs, etc.), but it's mild and doesn't stop him from giving lots of love! He truly has the best personality and hops when he walks. Help us find Jagger a loving happy home to call his own!
Lab Mix - 3 years old - Female
Princess is super sweet, she is house and crate trained. She loves walks and does well on a leash. Princess is selective with other dogs, so a proper introduction is needed. She does really well with calmer dogs. Princess adores toys and treats, and she loves to give kisses!
Dulce is a very sweet, very active young girl (a year old at the most). She was saved from Hurricane Harvey, so she has already been through a lot in her short life. She loves to play with other dogs, but a proper and slow introduction is necessary. Dulce has not been around cats that we know of. Apply to give her the happily ever after she deserves today!

Notes – Shelby is still very shy. She is not good at eye contact. When I put her on the bed, she will shake at first and then settle down and go to sleep. She wants to be with people, just scared. If I ignore her in the yard, she will come up and lick my hand. She is crated at night and plays in the yard most of the day. If it is raining, she is more than ready to come inside. She is able to pull a collar off any dog that is in the backyard with her. I still have not found Harry’s rabies and ID tags. Some dogs are on Bravecto and some on a Seresto flea collar which is around $50. I have to remove flea collar before going outside with her.
Bio – Shelby is shepherd mix almost 1 ½ years old with absolutely the cutest face. She weighs around 40 – 45 lbs and is fully vetted. She is crate trained and ignores cats. She is a bit shy, but really likes to be loved on. She likes toys and treats and gets along with male and female dogs. She will need patience and time to adjust to her new family. She seems to be very smart and observant.
Lab Mix - 2-3 years old - Female
Cupcake is loving and affectionate. She would love a home of her own. Cupcake is very active and loves to play and go on walks. She is house-trained and dog, cat, and kid friendly; however, she will need a proper, slow introduction depending on the dog. Sweet girl just wants love!
Miss Prissy aka Sophie has had a tough life. Despite all of that she’s still sweet and loves life. Her foster has this to say about her:
“She is getting better...we have had her going on 8 months now and she is still very hesitant. I would love to find her a home with another gentle dog as she loves dogs. It’s just humans that abused and neglected her that has prompted her behavior and yet she is so sweet! We are just patient and kind with her and she is a part of our pack but stays in the background. She is heartworm neg. on monthly prevention, we had her spayed at tcap and shots. She is beautiful! Sleeps in bed with us and all dogs now.”
Apply today to give Sophie the life she deserves.
Maggie Mae is a 1 year old, 54 pound, hound mix. She was found abandoned with her sister Ellie Mae. Maggie has come a long way in her recovery and is a happy dog. She would do best in a home with another dog as she loves the companionship and likes to play. She is crate trained and working on house training. Due to her past, Maggie takes some time to warm up, but once she has, she is the most loving, sweetest and loyal companion. She likes to lay down next to you and loves to be petted. She’s has some separation anxiety but is improving every day. Maggie enjoys walks and loves treats. A family with patience and love to give will help Maggie bloom.
